Pingry's Basking Ridge Campus
With 192 acres of remarkable campus space, this is where childhood interests are given a depth of exploration to develop into lifelong pursuits of passion. With an average class size of 15 in the Middle School and 14 in the Upper School, and a faculty and staff that challenge and honor each scholar’s potential, students thrive with an unprecedented level of opportunity, creativity, and independence.
From three professional-grade performance venues that celebrate the arts and feature compelling speaker series, to our state-of-the-art Miller A. Bugliari ’52 Athletics Center with the 5,000-square-foot Greig Family Strength & Conditioning Center that rivals even elite universities’ fitness facilities. For serious athletes, or those looking to challenge themselves anew, over 70 sports are offered for Form I through Form VI students, including 33 varsity sports.
Set against a backdrop of tranquil woodlands, students engage in sustainability practices by working in outdoor spaces such as Pingry’s farm, the forest, and composter, where environmental education takes place not only in the sciences, but in the arts—where choral groups have held performances, and art classes have used nature for their study.
