Hungry fans of the BBQ Club burgers are delighted to find they’ve opened up a grill in the dining hall, where the club will be serving up steak tips and burgers daily. The dining venture, which has already been awarded 3 Michelin Stars, has seen lines stretching down the hall, ensuring the enterprise is a roiling success.
For Connor Lamb, adjusting his schedule to include grilling has led to less time for homework—something he is not complaining about. “We know they only give out 3 Michelin Stars, but we are determined to get 4,” Connor says, before Luke Burns interjects with a question. “Would you like fries with that?”
With Vinnie Ferraro designing the menu (“Burgers and pasta and other carbs”), the culinary adventure promises to be a success. For Harrison Hackett, opening the grill comes with a few downsides. “Well, I miss most of my classes since I’m in food prep,” he admits. “So far my teachers are okay with it, so long as I save them a burger.”
The startup already has backing from their peer, Brody Mandelbaum, who promises to take the restaurant group public. “This IPO," he says, "will be iconic."
