Fitness
The Fitness Education program emphasizes all aspects of a student’s physical well-being (strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and nutrition).
Its mission is to educate each student about the importance of physical activity along with providing a positive, energetic, and safe environment in which to explore the various components of physical fitness. Our teaching staff consists of certified strength and conditioning specialists with degrees in exercise sciences.
