Alzar School
The mission of the Alzar School is to develop and educate high school leaders who will change the world. The school aims to equip students with the background and skills to be effective leaders. The core of the program takes place in Cascade, Idaho. Students will participate in a rigorous academic and outdoor program, will spend a portion of their time on the program in Chile, and will complete a culminating leadership project upon return to their home school.
The American School in Switzerland (TASIS)
TASIS, The American School in Switzerland, comprises two campuses in Lugano, Switzerland and Thorpe, England. Both schools offer students a unique and challenging study abroad experience and an American curriculum. Arabic Year
Spend a semester or a year at King's Academy in Jordan. Arabic Year offers students an intensive one-year Arabic language study, Middle Eastern cultural immersion and experiential learning opportunities. King's Academy is an American-style boarding school in Jordan modeled after Deerfield Academy in Massachusetts.

Chewonski Semester School
Spend a semester located on a 400 acre saltwater peninsula at Camp Chewonki in Wicasset, Maine. This challenging academic program offers a small and informal community where students explore the relationship between people and the environment.
Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE)
Spend a semester or a full year enrolled in a local school and living with a host family. CIEE has programs in Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and Spain. A minimum language requirement must be met for the France, German (spring semester only), Italy, and Spain.
HMI Semester
An academic semester located at the High Mountain Institute in Leadville, Colorado. This program, which was formerly known as the Rocky Mountain Semester, has a rigorous academic program, is wilderness based And focuses on students' connections to the natural world, community and leadership skills. The program spends six weeks on campus and six weeks doing wilderness expeditions in Colorado and Utah.
Island School
Spend a semester on Cape Eleuthera in the Bahamas. This program is run by and affiliated with the Lawrenceville School. Students are asked to confront authentic challenges, engage with the people and environment of The Bahamas and apply knowledge learned to real-world problems. Students participate in daily exercise, SCUBA diving and island exploration as well as learning leadership and teamwork skills.
The Mountain School of Milton Academy
This semester is run by Milton Academy and takes place on a working organic farm in Vershire, Vermont. Courses provide a demanding, integrated learning experience that takes full advantage of the school's small size and mountain campus. Students help to make important decisions concerning how they live together and manage the farm. They also work to create a trusting atmosphere where everyone belongs and every voice matters.
The Outdoor Academy
The Outdoor Academy is an accredited semester school program located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. The Academy's mission is to provide experiential education for young people, promoting the natural world and the betterment of human character.
The Oxbow School
This innovative semester offers a rigorous studio art practice grounded in creative and and intellectual inquiry. Oxbow offers the nation's only semester program that combines high-level instruction in the visual arts with academic subjects, all taught in an interdisciplinary, college-style environment. Please note that some curriculum adjustments here at Pingry may be required to attend this program.
School for Ethics and Global Leadership (SEGL)
Swiss Semester is located in Zermatt, Switzerland and combines a high caliber of academics with a vigorous outdoor experience that includes downhill skiing and ice climbing. This program is for fall semester only.
School Year Abroad
Spend the full academic year living with a host family, attending a local school, traveling and getting to know another culture. SYA has programs in China, France, India, Italy and Spain. A minimum language requirement is needed for the France and Spain programs.

The Traveling School
The Traveling School is an academic semester overseas for girls between the ages of 15-18. The Traveling School's goals are to provide an unparalleled academic experience, involve students in local culture and tradition, and immerse students in outdoor exploration. Fall semesters travel to southern Africa and spring semesters are spent in South America.
