In addition to remembering September 11, 2001, this year's speakers offered their perspectives on uncertainty, trust, integrity in the classroom, and the importance of accuracy.

Last season's highlights:
Captains Sadhev Patel '21 and Henry Wood '21 led a season that happened on a much smaller scale, facing the challenge of a condensed schedule with no County meet and no Prep meet. Despite the adversity that COVID-19 related protocols presented, the team was still able to practice hard and win the Skyland Conference Valley Division Championship, with Henry Wood '21 posting some of the best times in the county and in the conference.
What to watch for this season:
· Captains Sean O'Keefe '22 and James Thomas '23 are leading a younger team this season; be sure to watch for the development of the talented sophomores and juniors.
· Coach Horesta's goal is to be competitive in the championship races that were canceled due to COVID-19, such as the County Meet and the Prep Meet; he's looking forward to competing with the teams that Pingry didn't get to compete against last year.
· The team is looking to again beat target team Bernards in some of the important meets where Pingry has historically performed well, such as the Skyland Conference meet and the Prep A Championship.
"Sean and James will continue a tradition of really strong captains. A lot is going to be on the shoulders of the younger guys this year, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they handle and face that expectation." —Head Coach Matt Horesta
