Policy
The default learning modality for all students in the 2021-22 school year is in-person. The only allowance for remote learning is for asymptomatic COVID-19 isolations and quarantines (see below). There is a strong focus on building community, ideally in-person when possible within health and safety parameters.
Philosophy
When students and faculty are on campus together, the experience is better for everyone. Numbers strengthen the community, and the energy of active hallways, classrooms, and offices is immeasurable. When students are on campus, they further the best interests of the school, their specific classes, and any teams or clubs to which they belong. Investing in our community by being together is the common good. Simply put, we have learned that we are better when we are together.
