Pingry is shaped by those who believe in and support its mission. By supporting the School with a gift to The Pingry Fund, you can help anticipate and meet the ever-evolving needs of our students.
The giving community is comprised of alumni, parents, faculty, staff, friends, and even current students. Since first opening our doors in 1861, Pingry and the legacy it's established have been built upon generations of generosity.
The Pingry Fund, our annual giving program which operates from July 1 - June 30, plays a critical role in supporting the School’s annual operating budget and is immediately used during the school year.
The School relies on the entire Pingry community to make a gift each and every year, and measures parent and alumni participation through gifts to The Pingry Fund.

Ring The Bell: October 25 and 26, 2023
Over the span of 48 hours, we ask that every member of the Pingry Community make their best gift to The Pingry Fund - 2023 Ring the Bell raised $1.3 Million dollars in 48 hours! It's a time to show our collective support and confidence in Pingry’s mission and the value of a Pingry education. Join us as we come together to celebrate, in support of our school, faculty and students!
Message from Margaret and Jiayi
Community at Pingry comes in many forms and brings with it many special moments that become lifelong memories. It might be a fascinating English class with a beloved teacher. It might be the donut Tuesday tradition in advisory. It might be an overtime celebration with your teammates at sunset. The foundation of our Pingry community rests upon these small moments of belonging that our students experience every day, and we never know which one of those moments might change their life forever.

Join the Pingry Fund Parents' Committee
Becoming a Pingry Fund volunteer is a great way to learn more about the School, meet other parents, and it directly benefits your child’s experience. Pingry does not host an annual gala or events with a fundraising component to benefit The Pingry Fund, rather we rely on parent volunteers to encourage participation from our community at various times throughout the school year. Ways to Give
There are almost as many variations on ways to make a donation as there are needs to be met.
Pingry offers a variety of individually tailored gift options that provide donors with maximum convenience and flexibility. Contributors may find that the resulting tax advantages enable them to make a significantly larger gift to Pingry than they had thought possible. These gifts will support essential programs at the school and help ensure that Pingry continues its tradition of excellence.
Pingry’s Development Office staff welcomes the opportunity to meet with you and your advisors to discuss how you can include The Pingry School in your charitable plans. All discussions will be held in the strictest of confidence.
