Parents
Pingry parents are welcomed into our community just as eagerly as our students. We also welcome their involvement.
We’re committed to keeping our families informed and abreast of the school’s culture, policies, procedures, and practices to enhance everyone’s experience. We also provide information about school events and opportunities that not only further a student’s academic success, but also benefit the entire family.
Please visit our School News and All-School Calendar often, watch for our weekly Big Blue Bulletin emails, familiarize yourself with our Key Dates, and continue the conversation on our social media channels! And, if you have any specific questions, please contact Jane Hoffman, Director of Development.

The Pingry School Parents’ Association (PSPA)
As the official parent/guardian organization of Pingry, the Pingry School Parents Association has one objective in mind: To increase involvement and create a sense of belonging for all members of the Pingry community. The PSPA is a financially self-sustaining organization, and all parents/guardians of current students are considered members. The PSPA is overseen by a 14-member PSPA Executive Board, which consists of six elected positions and eight positions appointed by the PSPA President, and meets monthly.
What is the best way to get involved? Volunteer! Your contributions count and it’s a wonderful opportunity to meet other parents and feel connected to our community.

2025-26 President’s Welcome Letter

On behalf of the PSPA, I would like to welcome our new families and welcome back all our returning families for the 2025-26 school year! Whether this is your first year or you’ve been part of the Pingry community for many years, we are so excited to have you with us. Pingry thrives because of the people who make up this vibrant and inclusive community, and we look forward to a wonderful year.
I am honored to serve as PSPA President this school year and excited to work alongside the incredible members of our PSPA Executive Board – together, we are committed to making a positive impact on our school. The PSPA strives to foster involvement and build a strong sense of belonging within the Pingry community. Throughout the year, we organize various events and initiatives that support the students, faculty and staff, and the school, while also providing meaningful opportunities for families to connect, collaborate, and engage.
To learn more about the PSPA, explore volunteer opportunities, or find out how to get involved, please visit the Volunteer Website or click on the above Volunteer Opportunities link. Whether you’re hoping to meet other families, support your child’s experience, or give back to the Pingry community, there are many ways to participate. What makes our community truly special is the combination of unique skills, diverse perspectives, and enthusiastic spirit that each family brings.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me or a member of the PSPA Executive Board (scroll down below to view the full list) at any time during the year.
We are looking forward to an exciting year full of connection, collaboration, and community!
