Contact Information Changes
Please notify us as soon as possible if there is a change to your home mailing address, your email addresses, or your phone numbers so that we can update your family profile and make sure that you continue to receive all important communications from Pingry. All updates should be emailed to Kim Roesing at email@example.com.
Please be sure to also notify your child's advisor and college counselor of changes to your email addresses since they often maintain their own separate list of parent contact information.
Important Note For Snow Days and Delayed Openings
If your change is to one of the phone numbers and/or email addresses that you have registered on your family profile with the Honeywell Instant Alert system, you must make that update with the Honeywell system separately. For your security, your family profile on this system is password-protected with your own login name and password—Pingry therefore cannot make changes for you. Be sure to add the domain Honeywell.com to your safe sender list so that your alerts will not be considered spam or junk mail.
