The famous line from Jaws refers to needing a bigger boat. However, the success of Pingry sports teams this fall might have folks on the Martinsville Campus saying: “You’re gonna need a bigger trophy case.”
Pingry teams this fall won an impressive ten (yes, 10) team championships at the county, conference, and state levels. All of the championship trophies got together for this reunion photo below in order to commemorate the collective achievements of our Pingry athletes, coaches, and trainers:

• Girls’ Soccer—NJSIAA Non-Public A State Champions
• Girls’ Soccer—NJSIAA Non-Public A South Sectional Champions
• Girls’ Tennis—NJSIAA Non-Public A State Champions
• Girls’ Tennis—NJSIAA Non-Public A South Sectional Champions
• Girls’ Tennis—Skyland Conference/Delaware Division Co-Champions
• Boys’ Soccer—NJSIAA Non-Public A South Sectional Champions
• Boys’ Soccer—Skyland Conference/Delaware Division Champions
• Boys’ Soccer—Somerset County Tournament Co-Champions
Congratulations to our student-athletes, coaches, and trainers on their incredibly successful Fall 2012 season and on bringing home these 10 team championships for Big Blue!
