Nic Fink '11 was part of a dramatic win for Team USA in the recent "Duel in the Pool" broadcast on NBC Sports. Team USA staged a comeback in the Ryder Cup-style swim meet and defeated Team Europe 132-131 with a world-record time in the tiebreaker mixed relay that was needed after the 30 scheduled races.

UPDATE: On Thursday, Nic finished the 200 BR prelims in 17th place after posting a time of 2:13.89, just one spot and .02 out of a guaranteed spot in tonight's semis. However, he is now listed as the top reserve for the semis. Tune in to the national TV broadcast on NBC tonight (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) to see if Nic comes off the reserve list for a spot in the 200 BR semis. His next scheduled race is the 200 IM (Friday).
